The Opportunity

What You Will Do

• Understand Patient Requirements — Speak with patients and families to understand their medical history, diagnosis and treatment needs.
• Coordinate Treatment Options — Work with TERALIFE teams, hospitals and specialists to obtain appropriate treatment plans and options.
• Counsel Patients — Explain treatment pathways, expected processes and available healthcare options clearly.
• Manage Patient Enquiries — Take ownership of assigned leads from first enquiry through treatment confirmation.
• Maintain Follow-Ups — Ensure patients receive timely follow-up and remain engaged throughout their decision journey.
• Work Towards Targets — Manage your patient pipeline and deliver against defined conversion objectives.
• Coordinate Internally — Work closely with medical teams, hospitals, operations and other TERALIFE centres.

Who We Are Looking For

You should have 2–5 Years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas:

You should have 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, hospital services or patient counselling. You should be comfortable speaking with patients about serious medical conditions and explaining complex information in a simple and responsible manner.
