He completed his MBBS from Kakatiya Medical College, Andhra Pradesh, and MS in General Surgery from the renowned Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. He further pursued MCh in Genitourinary Surgery from Osmania Medical College, NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh, and received his DNBE in Genitourinary Surgery, from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. He has pioneered the laparoscopic techniques of ureteric re-implantation for VUR in children and has expertise in many other urological procedures both in adults and children.
